Stabilise before we modernise. Pipelines, tests and observability first, so every change after that is safe to ship on a Friday.

Re-platform incrementally, in production. Strangler-fig migrations rather than big-bang rewrites. The system stays live the whole way. Sky Casino and Missguided both ran through their own migrations.
