Grant architects and leads the systems: the Currency Cloud re-platform moving $250M+ a day, the tooling that migrated 190 Diageo brand sites, and free-to-play platforms for the NFL holding a million concurrent users. He is usually the one drawing the target architecture, and then building it.

David Yates
Dave works across the whole delivery surface, from the BBC and GoDaddy to Hargreaves Lansdown's client processes and Naturecan's international commerce. He owns the pipeline as well as the code, from Docker to Jenkins to Kubernetes, and he has built and led teams along the way. When a platform is already live and difficult, he is usually the one who takes it on.
Naturecan, the NFL platforms and Missguided were joint engagements. This is a partnership with shared delivery behind it. Working together on the same codebase is the normal case here.

Anvil is a codebase health, transformation and enforcement CLI. It reports on the state of a codebase, applies codemods, and enforces the standards it finds, so drift gets caught in CI rather than in review.
Homelab and GitOps infrastructure runs on self-hosted infrastructure managed declaratively with Ansible and Terraform across Proxmox, Kubernetes, Caddy, Tailscale and Authentik. Running and evolving since 2023, with every change applied through version control rather than by hand.
